The main application of linear actuator

Linear Actuator(Linear Actuator 12V/24V DC) is a general auxiliary drive device, can be widely used in medical, furniture, family, electronics, electric power, machinery, metallurgy, transportation, mining, petroleum, chemical, lifting, transportation, construction, food and feed processing and other industries.

General linear actuator standard stroke is 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, special stroke can also be designed according to different application conditions. The linear actuator can be designed with different thrust according to different application loads. Our maximum thrust is 6000N, and the no-load operating speed is 4~45mm/s. The linear actuator motor uses 24V/12V/220V/380V DC/AC permanent magnet motor as the power source to convert the rotary motion of the motor into linear reciprocating motion. Push a group of connecting rod mechanism to complete the switch work of air door, valve, gate, baffle, etc.

Using the linear actuator as the actuator can not only reduce the gas/liquid source device and auxiliary equipment required by pneumatic and hydraulic, but also reduce the weight of the actuator.

Linear actuator, when changing the control opening, need to supply power, when reaching the required opening can no longer supply power, so from the energy-saving point of view, linear actuator has obvious energy-saving advantages than pneumatic actuator.

It is widely used in the opening and closing of air doors, valves and sluice gates, material loading and unloading, flow control and so on in the departments of electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, light industry, transportation and shipbuilding. It has been more and more departments to replace the body hand, liquid grave valve, reducer transmission mechanism of automatic device.
